Beautiful flutes

These glasses are beautiful. They were good heavy weight so I don’t feel that they will break easily. We purchase these as an engagement gift for my daughter and future son-in-law. They were very happy with these glasses.

broken and shipped poorly

the glasses would have been beautiful but it was shipped with very little packing material to keep it safe. the glasses were completely broken when they arrived.

Broken

I ordered 3 boxes, 2 came perfectly. They are beautiful, I have been in love with them for years. And finally found one . I was disappointed that one box came broken. They are going to send me another one. I pray it’s not broken.

Twice broken

The glasses are beautiful, however they have twice arrived broken. Once shipped to my home. The second time shipped to the store. I gave up with Macy's and looked for them somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Macys doesn't know how to safely ship crystal

They arrived broken, and it was obviously a result of poor packing. One flimsy sheet of bubble wrap that didn't even completely fit around the Lenox packaging amd placed in a box that they clearly bounce around in. These were a wedding gift to be used at the reception. Both Macy's and Lenox failed me.
