Good customer service

I love that Macy still have the sale that they do the woman that I go and pick up my clothing items from in Bellevue mall she is fantastic. She greet you with a smile. She’s happy to help you. She’s got a joke to tell and it’s nice when you go into a store where somebody is very nice to you. I’ve been there before and I just haven’t wrote about it because the service that I got is horrible, so I’m glad that I got to deal with this young lady a couple of times.
