Bad return procedures

I have gotten terrible customer service regarding return of this item which I purchased early September. Returned them to Macy’s.com on Sept. 28th and yet to be refunded. It is now November and I’ve called and emailed only for nothing to happen which I was told it would be refunded. I’m done shopping at Macy’s and shame on them!

Great buy! Runs a little small.

Very stylist. Runs a little bit small. My granddaughters have to get the next larger size but they were very excited with the garments. They cannot wait to put them on right away! Great buy!

Good fit and style

Nice jeans. True to size. Bedazzled patch on the knee is bit itchy on the inside of the pants. Otherwise would be a five star.
