They run very Small in Waist and Thighs

I love the look and color. I wear 38 in other Levi’s but these run much smaller. I need to check if they are preshrunk. They are very thick and don’t stretch at all. I am torn on returning them because they were a good deal on sale. They run at least one size smaller. I would still recommend because the color is awesome.
