Associate

The associate in the Men’s department that Help me on my return a couple of time I believe his name was Rob, was the most kindest person I have encountered. He was so nice. Greeted me with a smile and thanked me. I think every one need to be like Rob!!

Order Cancellation

Orders online for residential delivery can only be changed or cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed even if still in process prior to shipping. I realized I had ordered the wrong item after the 30 minute deadline but still in process prior to shipment and had to wait for delivery and then return the item which is a waste of time and money for shipping and return costs.
