An unhappy ex Macy's shopper

I have been a Macy's shopper FOREVER. I bought 2 pair of pants from the Manassas, VA location. Now I will take blame for taking off the tags on both pair and I should of never throw them away. I tried on a pair of Levi's, which was not the typical style I am accustomed to. They seem to fit fine in the dressing room so I bought them. I wore them to work and they very quickly got so loose on me that I was pulling up my pants all day and I don't like wearing belts. The other pair of pants I bought had an elastic waistband drawstring and they were carpenter pants. I tried on a size while I was at Macy's and they were hair too tight so I bought the next size up thinking they would be fine. I got home I took the tags off. I was all excited to wear my new pants the following weekend and when I tried them on they were ridiculously too big. I took both pair back with receipt in hand and got turned away. So now I'm out $130 because again, I was to stupid to keep the tags. Who leaves tags on pants when you're going to wear them. Anyway, I really thought Macy's would at least give me store credit but no. Anyway, I will not be shopping at Macy's any longer. For those of you reading this, Kohls would of taken them back. Shame on me

Your Return Window Has Closed

I purchased 3 pairs of Levi's 505 size 32 x 32 on 12-29-2025. One of the pairs is obviously from a different batch; first, the color is darker, and second, it doesn't have THE LEFT LEG SEAM RUNNING DOWN THE FRONT OF MY SHIN! That darker, non-defective pair had been the only one I had tried on until today, 11 days too late to return DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE! I came on this site and created an account so I could return the DEFECTIVE 2 of the 3 pair. But now, because Macy's has this arbitrary, self-serving one-month-from-moment-of-purchase-return-policy I am stuck with these CLOWN PANTS!
