Package lost

I'd give a Zero Star for review if any for this particular item and services, I ordered this shoe, it took week and half to ship out the item but then package got lost, they claimed was delivered but I never receive or seen the packages. They don't replace or refund me at any cause.. Come On Macy's I ordered and bought ton of items from you guys and this is one mistake that either the On trac Carrier or USPS error..
