Great product, bad in-store experience.

Loved the product. Did not enjoy the in store experience; staff were unwilling to support finding my size. Instead, the response I received was, “order online.” Earlier in the day, I wanted to purchase dress shirts and the person who offered to help disappeared. I purchased my 5 dress shirts at Jos A Banks and Dillards.
