Cute but I think it runs small

I love it and it reminds me of the 90s. I had to side up to. 3. I’m a 16/18 on dresses normally. The 3 is slightly too big but the 2 was way too tight on my stomach! Which is where I carry most my weight. The pockets are awesome & I am not usually a fan of this color but it’s nice in the cpiduroy! I love the buttons in the front
