Two wrong items sent from Black Friday sale

Two wrong items were sent from my single order. They were not remotely similar to the items I purchased during Black Friday sale. I have been a Macy’s card holder for over 20 years…and this has never happened. My disappointment continued when I initiated a return. There was no option to replace or reorder during the transaction. So I lost any savings when reordering the item again. I’m hoping the correct item shows up.

Wrong Belt

I fell in love with this belt when I saw it and ordered it immediately. Imagine my immense disappointment when I opened the box and realized I had been sent totally different belt. I am extremely unhappy. I’m disabled so ordering online suits me. Now do I have to schlepp to the store to return it?😡😡😡
