Great but runs large and boxy!

Such a cute jacket for the winter, very boxy fit and runs a bit large, would recommend sizing down! Great for layering though because of its boxy shape, pretty warm for its lining!

Defective Item

Unfortunately, I received a coat with a defective, crooked sleeve, but the rest of the coat was fine. I really like the fit and style, and was extremely disappointed that I had to send it back. The customer sales rep promised to call me back once Macys receives the item and to honor the sale price. I hope he keeps his word.

It's soft, warm and comfortable!

I love this coat! It feels amazing! It's very warm. I like the long length, especially in the winter. I thought it was receiving the black, but I had chosen the Ivory without realizing and I love it in the ivory. I've been wanting a boucle coat. It's nice and soft, but it does she a tiny bit. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I saw myself in the photos. I'm 5'9 and usually an XL or XXL in coats. This doesn't come in a XXL and although it feels great, I see in the photos it could've definitely fit me better in the bigger size. It's heavy, but not too heavy, and it's very well made.

Love this beautiful, warm, elegant coat

This jacket is so nice!!! It’s beautiful, classy, elegant, and most importantly very warm. The fabric is so soft and cozy, and overall feels very well made. I am wearing my usually size small and it’s a great fit. I’ve been wearing it for a couple weeks now and am excited to wear it for the rest of this cold weather season. Looks very expensive and I love the length. Gives a similar vibe as much more expensive jackets. I have a feeling that I will have this in my wardrobe for years to come. I am 100% satisfied with this beautiful wardrobe staple.
