Buy from Schutz Directly!

High quality boots, terrible customer experience. I ordered these boots during the Cyber Monday Event. When my order got delayed I was informed by a customer service representative that they could not change the Ship To Address or update to priority shipping, even though this package would be arriving when I was going to be out of town for a month. I was told the only thing they could do for me was cancel my order, which they did not do. I called back to confirm order cancelation and was told my order could not be canceled. Terrible customer service -- order directly from Schutz.

Not for petite girls

I’m 5 ft 118 pounds. I have small calves and this fit loose. It also up too high . The leather is nice though and so is the height and point. I will be returning

Black and Brown are not made equal

If you have the black boot, the brown boot is not an exact copy. The black boot has a tighter calf and a shorter toe. The brown has wider calfs and a longer pointed toe which makes your feet look bigger in comparison to the black one. Also, not that comfortable.
