Great Features!!
I've only been using my cook top for about a month but so far I am really enjoying it. Once I got used to how it works, I find that I really like the fact that there are no knobs, making it so easy to clean.

Triple cooking zone doesn’t heat
The 6” ring in the triple cooking zone doesn’t heat after a couple of years. When I try to find a technician to fix it I can’t find the serial number. It’s really frustrated. Don’t know what to do.

It looks nice and is easy to keep clean.
I've only had my cook top for two weeks now. So far so good. I had an electric coil burner one before. This cook top is so much nicer then that one. It works great.

Replaces stove wonderfully
Replaced my stove, love this cooktop that sets on a base cabinet giving me drawer space. It’s easy to use, heats up and cools down quickly. Easy to clean, looks neat. Love the 5 burners
