C5 - The best TV I ever own
I finally pulled the trigger on the C5 after months of research, and all I can say is WOW. I was expecting a difference coming from a high-end QLED, but the leap to true OLED is incredible. The C5 lives up to the hype—it's the best TV I've ever owned.

Great new features and performance!!!
I've been a long time fan of LG OLED technology. The 77" format provides an excellent viewing experience...especially for zooming in on shows that are cropped horizontally (old TV format) or vertically (movie panoramic view). The LG remote control keeps getting better and more intuitive...tactile volume switch lever that allows quick mute/unmute, quick buttons to streaming, etc. Now my TV is truly a home theater.

Great picture quality
Where this tv really shines is in the depth of its blacks. I tested it with a few space movies: 2001, Interstellar, Gravity. Wow, every time it pans to the stars, I am floored. I didn't like the stutter, but LG has Tru Motion built in which fixes all those problems. Overall, great tv.

LG C5 - Ultimate OLED TV
Purchased the 77" C5 after upgrading from a QLED, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. This is easily one of the best OLED TVs on the market. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are incredibly deep, and the 4K picture quality is stunning. Our room gets plenty of light, yet the TV’s brightness and contrast remain crisp with virtually no reflections. Even the built-in speakers deliver an impressive, theater-like audio experience right at home. Highly recommended.

Amazing TV
TV was extremely easy to set up and looks beautiful in our remodeled living room. Colors pop and the blacks are impactful. Initially tested sound without sound bar and it was very good, although for our living room a sound bar was necessary. 4k Dolby Vision / Atmos looks amazing.

Excellent display. Menu, remote need improvement
Display on content is breathtaking in clarity, vivid colors.Contrast was, of course, excellent due to the OLED screen. Of course, this is when watching the appropriate media. (I was watching an UHD disk of a movie). Out of the box, menu was really cluttered with apps I didn't need (not subscribed to most) and unwanted ads. I deleted the unused apps to de-clutter. Remote is nice with a point-at-screen-and-click feature. However, the precision of the pointing is a tad off. You get used to it. My package came with an LG soundbar which worked with the LG TV remote, which is a huge plus and allows me to put away the soundbar's remote. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase
