Delivery of Damaged Products

One of lamps is broken in the package. I try to return it but it is hard to repacking into the box. I just gave up but wish to have a refund.

Gorgeous but much more subtle red

Just beautiful. The lamp has an elegant shape and looks much more expensive than it is. The shade looks like silk. It gives off lots of warm light without glare. I have to say at first I was disappointed because the color is NOT as pictured. Instead of a bright red, its a very subtle burgundy/copper -really hard to describe - and the leaf shapes are more coppery/gold. But I've come to love its subtlety. VERY well made.
