Very good quality, although we can't get the jump counter to work, not sure if it's user error or if it's broken. Will try to figure that out, but otherwise great quality, perfect bounce, wasn't too hard to put together

I love my rebounder, but…

I did 5-minutes on the rebounder and realized how out of shape I was! I started to do another 5-minutes. Although I had tightened the support handle as much as I could, it loosened. I fell straight backwards. Of all places to land, I hit my lower back against the top edge of my vibration plate. The place I hit my back was the exact place where I had spine surgery. Although sore, I am okay. I love the rebounder, but not the support post! Anyone who purchases needs to be extra cautious about the bar.
