Refund both boots pleasex

I bought an 8.5 and a 9 boots to try them on since I am in between sizes. Unfortunately, these boots are very low quality and both sizes hurt my big toe. I can not where them. These boots are wide and do not really makes your feet look wide. Please provided return label and full refund. Thank uou

Wide isn't wide enough

They look really cute, but the wide shoe is still too narrow. The shoe feels tight, yet my heel felt like it would slip. The shoe won't stretch either since it's not real leather. Anyway back to the store they go and the hunt continues.

Too narrow!

Very cute boot but so narrow it is painful! I do not have a wide foot but I guess I should have got the wide!
