Ankle hurting

Really nice boots but the boots crunch up on the ankle so it was hurting my ankle had to return them

Beware Life Stride products

The boots had a defect. Some of the tines on the zipper protruded. They were said to be nonreturnable. However, if there was a defect you could return them. However, they would not give me a free return level. So a pair of defective boots that were $34.99 cost me $21.99 to return. That is outrageous. Since it was through Life Stride itself I dealt, I will never buy this brand again and am telling as many people as I can about Life Stride's default.

It should have been included in the Defective Product Return Form that if you would like to request a refund of shipping charges, please indicate this on the return form and include your shipping receipt. If you still have the receipt showing your return shipping costs, please email a copy of the receipt to us and include the reference # 230216-000708 so that we can request a refund check for the shipping fee, if the boots have been deemed defective. Beware - not short girl friendly!

The boots are very nice but they are too tall for me and I cannot wear them. They go above my knee. Unfortunately i cannot return them either.
