No product to review, still waiting.

This is a review of the delivery. I am still waiting for a shipment that was sent out Dec 15, 2023. The order went back and forth between several different locations in state and still has not arrived as of 1/2/2024. Very disappointed. I won't purchase directly from Lifestride again. I got the email to review the product before the actual product.

Terrible quality

Received these shoes in mid November and the heels are already messed up and it’s been only a month. It’s completely unwearable (look at picture)
