POOR Customer service

I will never order from Macy’s online again. I originally wanted to return a pair of shoes because they were too big. When I called customer service, the representative not only misunderstood my request but re-ordered the exact same (too large) size and shipped them back to me. All I wanted was a simple return. On top of that, I ordered a dress, & what arrived wasn’t even the correct style. To make matters worse, the dress had three large, visible snags on the sleeve—something that should never have passed quality control or been shipped in the first place. This entire process forced me to drive 40 minutes to the store to return the damaged, incorrect dress—only to find they didn’t have the one I originally ordered. Then, I had to make a trip to UPS to return the wrong-sized shoes, and now I’ll have to go again to return yet another pair of shoes that I never even ordered. The repeated mistakes, poor communication, and complete lack of care for the customer experience are unacceptable.

I bought these shoes in gold, wide width, for my grandson's wedding. I am a true size 7 but went with a wider width because of the several hours of standing and dancing. Glad I did. The shoes fit perfectly and are very comfortable---nice looking---and heel is nice size

Front strap too low

I wanted to give them 5 stars but the front toe strap is too low and causes pain and this was just trying it on. The heel is also too high for me and I love the color but I'm returning it. I think if they modify the style in a block heel and a bit lower I would buy it for sure.
