Shipping nightmare

Purchased this handbag as part of 1 of 2 items in one order. The first 2 items were received with no issues. I have had products shipped to me for years upon years with virtually no issues. This handbag was delivered to the last stop (primary post office) for sorting to our rural area where we have a PO Box. Then they (UPS) decided that my address was not deliverable. Soo... long story short, it got sent back to sender and this item is no longer available. I called Macy's and they were great and very understandable, but the shipping was over the top unacceptable. Very very disappointed.
