Quality issue

Bag is peeling after 1 week of normal use. Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think I’ve done anything too crazy to warrant the peeling. Purse has noticeable peeling after just one week of use.

Had to return a bit bigger than expected & came with some material on bottom off. Damaged. How do things like this get packaged & shipped
