Loved it at first -but the love doesn't last

I have had this for one year. Bought it on closeout so you can see it has been on closeout forever. I loved it at first - the style is modern and it looks expensive. I even put up with the hard seating and have kept it covered and no one really uses it and why it took a year to see the flaws. It has sunk in both sides of the cushions and it actually a manufacturing issues as the front is sinking not the back. We are not heavy people - average- no kids, no pets and no abuse. More for looks and show than sitting but it now looks like a cheap imitation. I have called worry-no-more who will come service (and that was a nightmare - two separate claims just to have on denied). Macy's customer service has been incredible helping me with this issue that is really not their problem as this is an issue with assembly. I believe the support is not there in the loveseat and hoping the service tech can help. In the future I would stay away from any cushions that are not removable.

Awesome Product

This was a good choice.. delivery men were courteous and professional.. sofa is very comfortable and well built
