Used item

Bought this watch when it's one day sale. Received an used watch. Tag was cut, and watch is running, no protective film on the face. The band looked like someone wore it for days. Macy's, please marked item as USED if you want to resale returned item. Very disappointed! WON'T BUY ANY WATCH FROM YOU ANYMORE
