Poor quality now

I needed a set of “nice” salt and pepper shakers for more formal dinners. I thought I’d look no further than an iconic brand like Waterford (I have another similar set purchased 30 years ago). The quality was nothing like the older set; the tops were impossible to open for filling and even harder to close. I returned them and Bloomingdale’s made that super easy (thanks!), but I would not recommend this product.

Disappointed

These are beautiful but the tops do not screw onto the crystal. There is just a very tight rubber gasket in the top which makes removal from the new shaker extremely difficult. I expect the gasket will degrade & don't want to deal with a predictable problem so sadly returned these.

Disappointed.

Returned because neither I or my husband could remove the tops of the shakers! What in the world? The finish on the shakers is also dull. Doesn't seem to match the quality of the lovely crystal bottom. Really disappointed they don't work.

Nothing special.

Nothing special about these, I thought they would really stand out. Purchase to complete my Lismore set.

Totally dysfunctional

Lid comes off if you trying to shake a shaker. Poorely designed. It's not a screw on lid, just slides on the smooth top of the shaker and held by friction with rubber gasket inside of the lid. As soon as you shake it it falls off. You will end up with your food full of salt or pepper.
