Battery issue

We were unable to add batteries to the pool side due to it being put together incorrectly. The prongs are missing on one and there are two on another.

Not worth the price

This was bought for our 7 year old and since the sides religiously come off. She can’t reconnect them and even the adults have problems connecting them. They come off even when you don’t want them to.

Half the pieces were missing

Bought for part of daughter’s Xmas present. Half the pieces were missing. Important pieces thag should have made the play set more secure and less flimsy. Said they were unable to get the parts needed or send a replacement set after offering both options. Did refund the money but have been left with a sad daughter and a unusable toy
