There are 8 recessed spinner wheels with Control Track Self Aligning Technology. The trolley handle has aluminum channel tubes for added strength. There are three convenient top, side and bottom carry handles. The interior has a wet pocket, zippered mesh and accessory pocket, and elastic straps to keep your belongings organized. The spinner expands 2" for additional packing. 10-year limited warranty

Perfect luggage

I needed a new suitcase and did a lot of research. I found this one on sale in July and the 25 inch is perfect size the color is amazing. I am very excited about my purchase and of course the cross country trip next month and many other trips. Of course the extra stars was a huge bonus. Need a brand that has all the features covered and 10-year warranty it’s a great deal! The color was exactly like the picture! You won’t be disappointed London Fog lives up to its promise.

Very attractive luggage

I bought the medium size and it holds anything I can think to travel with for at least a week. It’s easy to push and pull with great wheels. It has a handle on top, on the side and on the bottom which makes handling easy.

Other occasion to buy:I bought this suitcase for my husband. He needed to replace an old one. He liked the plaid color and the number of pockets in the interior. It has 4 double wheels. He hasn’t used it yet so I can’t report on its durability.

Seems very durable nice quality

Love the suitcase. I debated between the green and copper highlights or grey with pink highlights. I went with the green and live the warm rich look. I have not used it yet- and will come back and change review if it falls apart on my trip this weekend or cruise we are taking in a few weeks. It seems VERY well made and durable. The inside is roomy and I can’t get over how light it is when empty. I really love it and if it holds up over the next few weeks with several trips it will be on, I will definitely be buying additional pieces for this set.

Poor quality worse warranty cust svc RUN

Purchased four pieces in Brentwood III Navy Oct 2023. Had the handle rip off a 25" Navy Brentwood III (under 50 lbs) during second trip Sept 2024 as we started down the stairs in a train station in Tuscany. Disappointing, to say the least. Never had that happen even with cheaper luggage. Started warranty process when we got back October 2024. Took 4 months, multiple exchanges to get them to ship replacement, $44 for shipping. Replacement that arrived was Olive, not Navy. They said, no, they shipped Navy, and that is indeed what the invoice said, but the suitcase that arrived is Olive. Another month and a half to get a response regarding replacement for the replacement so we have a matching set for upcoming trip...they basically say we got the Olive elsewhere (???), we rcvd the Navy, and they are done. Worst customer svc and accusing us of lying. Really? Makes no sense. Just want our matching suitcase. I rarely write negative reviews. But here we are. Run.

Beautiful London Fog luggage

Luggage is very beautiful. Material is excellent quality. Very deep inside so can hold a lot of clothes. Will not use until April but I know it will work perfectly.
