I bought the burgundy coat. I can wear sweaters under it. The style is very nice and for the money you can't go wrong. It is a tiny bit on the small side but still works well. I have ordered it in the next size to see the difference but I am keeping the first one I bought. You can never go wrong with a London Fog Raincoat or Trench Coat. The burgundy color is fabulous. I am giving the second coat as a gift. You won't be disappointed with the coat. The collar is removable and it is not too heavy a weight coat for Southern California.
Beautiful rich wine color!
This coat is perfect for my business needs. It is roomy enough to wear a sweater or jacket under. It is a great weight for transitional weather, not quite cold enough for a winter coat but too cold for a light weight rain jacket.. I tend to get black always but I am so glad I tried this color. I am a 3x and was so glad that the fit was roomy, so many coats that I try on will not allow you to wear a jacket under them. Love it!
London Fog Trench Coat
Very disappointed in the color, very dull rust color, gift for my mother..
LOVE IT!!!
I love this coat. It is car coat length, not too heavy and not too light. I got it in black and it has worked out fantastic during this cold Midwest ice. I get really hot in wool coats in the winter and wanted a coat that wasn't too heavy but not too light. On the colder days I wear my leather gloves and a scarf and it keeps me warm. I drive back and forth to work, so I don't stay in the cold long. For me it is PERFECT. It is my second London Fog coat. I have a lighter weight black car coat length that I use for the Spring rains. They repel water and always look great.
My new fave fall jacket
The burgundy color is just "gorg", and the fit is slimming and chic. AND it has the option to machine wash. AND it has some cotton blend fabric. Removable hood, removable and adjustable belt, high-quality London Fog construction.... This one's a keeper! P.S. I am tall-ish at 5'9", and have long limbs and torso, slightly broad shoulders and small waist. So I thought I might want a 1X, especially to fit over a suit blazer or sweater, but the 1X swam on me and the coat's nice, feminine shape was lost. The 0X was my perfect match.
