Buttons sewn on poorly

London Fog was once a name associated with sturdy and reliable trench coats. I bought this assuming that it still was. Unfortunately, the buttons were sewn on loosely. Multiple buttons came off at a public event when unbuttoning the coat, the whole ordeal was quite embarrassing! It's a sad day when the brands we've trusted for years, let us down! It's disappointing to see that London Fog would compromise quality and craftsmanship to save a few bucks... I had the buttons sewn, but I'm being careful with the rest of them, it's just inadequately crafted! The rest of the trench coat was in acceptable condition, but I'll be getting my trenchcoats elsewhere going forward. Buyer beware!

Runs large for the truly petite

Lovely coat, but too big and too long for the truly petite. I’m 5’1” 130lbs and a size small swallowed me. It’s a high quality coat and the weight of it would be good for colder temps.

Petite wasn’t.

I am 5’3” 120 pounds. Bought this coat in petite medium. Sleeves went down to my knuckles and was mid calf in length. Had to be returned.
