Right dress, wrong vendor

The dress that I received was by another vendor, 'ivy + blu' and was poorly made (the side ruffle had raw edges and wasn't finished). I returned it, reordered it hoping to get a quality made dress. The 2nd one that I received was the same. I returned it too.
