Melted in my eyes

At first I was excited to wear it since it slided very smoothly and dark black, shiny. After 30 mins or so it was like if melted in my eyelids, the sides, everywhere! it didnt stop there I had to clean up like 4 times as it still kept melting, horrible!!!
