Horrible customer service from outsorcing company

Macy is spoiling name by poor customer service i order on 10th jan and today it is 27th jan never get shipment and did chat 3 times but neither i get money back not shipment

RUNS SMALL

these joggers are very cute but the sizes are 2 sizes too small. size XL is as small as size M from Gap/Old navy. i guess this is Asian size. shame that they don't have sizes bigger than XL because i would have returned this for a XXL if they did. SO SIZE UP!
