Falls apart

I love how soft this shirt is, but it falls apart. The first one fell apart after wearing twice. I ordered another color and it came already ripped. They are finally agreeing to return the second one but won't refund the first one even though it's unwearable. Don't waste your money and don't expect helpful customer service. Not sure I'll be ordering from them again.

Best flannel I've ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the absolute best flannel I've ever owned. I would buy ten more if they were still available. I LOVE it! It's such a comfortable fabric and flows in how it fits. Super flattering for a flannel. Not totally in love with this color and wish I bought one size larger just so it was more oversized. But, it's still awesome.
