Disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with macy's and their last act process and quality of these shoes. Not only were these shoes not suede but I had to escalate to a manager to return them because of the Macys return policy. They are a cloth like material, definitely not suede very cheaply made Do not buy!

They look nice!

I was very happy when I took these out of the box. I purchased a size 9 in the rust color. I have a narrow foot. the boots are very narrow at the toe. There is a seam right across where your toes bend. it interferes with your toes when you walk. it bends. perhaps a 9.5 would fit better.
