Soft and really very pretty and femine....it is short at the waist...but so am I....can wear it on its own or over a dress or top

#sweepstakes I bought this in a size up hoping it would not be too short. I'm glad I did. This top has beautiful detail, color is pretty and material is soft. It fits true to size but I did buy one size up for a fit I was looking for.
