Irresponsible 3rd party Seller

My package was lost even though the tracking said it was delivered. Contact Macy's CS and they submitted a case to the seller, which the seller told me to contact USPS carrier or go around my neighbors to look for the package. I told them I was not comfortable doing so, let alone it should not be my responsibility to do so. They replied that Since the tracking said it was delivered, they cannot issue a refund or replacement. Terrible Customer Service. Fortunately Macy's CS took my case and issued credits instead.
