The run around!

I received the lamps with the harps and finials missing. I called Macys and they said I had to call Lamps plus because they are the fulfillment company. I called them and they said no you have to through Macys. I called Macys and after spending 40 minutes holding and being transferred they finally said they will put in a replacement request with Lamps plus. That was three days ago and Lamps plus has not contacted me or emailed me with any update! I love the lamps but cannot use them with the missing parts!
