domino effect the narcissist MAC Macys

A woman names Annie helped me at the MAC store at Macy's in Torrance. I was so excited I wanted foundation primer concealer everything the works ! I even told her I have my credit card I was so happy . Annie was so mean to me I only purchased one item since she made me feel as if she was annoyed by me it was very uncomfortable.Bad customer service very unprofessional shes not your luxury make up artist. I wouldn't even hire her at a swapmeet. I returned the item minutes after I purchased it that item is about $45 with taxes I make $20 a hour that's 2 hours of my hard work do you really think I want to look at that item and remember Annie and my horrible experience no thank you plus she doesn't deserve the commission. Then when I went back to return it I was going to buy this primer from another woman who worked at MAC store at Macy's however Annie's attitude was so bad I didn't even want to buy anything from the woman at the MAC store in other words it affected the entire store and her teammates including their bills. Good one Annie .. it was really nice of her teammate; the one that did the return to hear out what I had to say however she tried justifying Annie's horrible attitude by saying she has been off for a few days this is her Monday. I responded if she has been off she should be well rested and happy. ... Moving forward I'm going to speak for everyone " none of us are responsible for what people do on their days off "
