Disappointed

The stem is not as long as my current paper towels holder. I didn’t like how it looked. Also, the crystal knob is very small. Again, didn’t like how it looked. It appears the crystal knob should not be a crystal knob. It should be black and white checkered ball(the size of a golf ball)like the base. I returned the item.
