Not plush and the stitching is not intact.

Plush should not be an adjective for this mattress. Also the stitching isn’t secure or however it should be described. If it wasn’t an hassle to return it I would. I brought an mattress pad so it’ll be plush as it should of been from the description.

Hybrid where?

Unfortunately, I have had this mattress for just about a year now and I am still waiting for it to "adjust to my body". It has caused me to have lower and mid back pain. I am very disappointed in this mattress. It feels like an old school mattress. I do not feel any cushion and you can hear the coils as you move around. I attempted to return this right after a few night last year, however the Furniture inspection team they sent out deemed it "normal" so I was stuck with it. It also arrived with a horrible odor, in which I was able to exchange the original for after day one but the quality and odor was still poor on the exchange and here it is, almost a year later and it is the worst. At least the odor is gone.

Smaller queen bed

This bed is okay. It's definitely a smaller queen bed compared to other beds I've had. Kinda seems closer to a full sized bed than a queen. I'd check the dimensions of this bed compared to others before buying. Comfort is just okay, definitely needs to be broken in!

Worst purchase

Bed is total not what I expected.Mattress feels like pure sponge.Box spring is horrible. I could have kept my old bed which was much better than this crap of a bed.

exchange this mattress or refund please

This mattress makes noise when move in my bed, if I sit in my bed for any amount of time it leaves a print in the mattress. I'm not satisfied at all with this mattress.
