Not as expected

The mattress in the show room is much softer than the one I received. The mattress I received is too hard and It needs to be exchanged. I have not heard back from anyone yet. Also one side of the mattress is harder than the other so I think they sent the wrong mattress. I can’t sleep on this mattress. Please contact me. Thank you.

after my 3rd try

Pretty comfortable bed! I previously tried a stearns and foster, then beautyrest and now I'm finally happy with this 100% memory foam mattress. Helps to relieve pressure points and provides great support for back sleeping. Highly recommend!!
