Took an effort to get!

If it wasn’t for the diligence of my Macys Customer Service angel, should out to Vickie Z, I would have given this box 1 star. Mommy’s samples were useful. Baby stuff was cute (I got a pair of beanies a coverup and a pacifier holder). BUT omg, it took $100 and a miracle from God to get this shipped. It doesn’t ship to Hawaii even though there is a Macys in the neighborhood. I would side with most of the other comments. Don’t go thru the trouble.

Where is it

I requested the baby registry gift box, paid the fees and everything after having things from my registry purchased. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t received it. I emailed Customer Care and I have yet to hear from anyone about the status. I’m very disappointed as I always held Macy’s in high regard. 😬

Don't waste your time

Not worth it compared to other store boxes we have received. Plus a higher price point to even receive the box. Items in box were mediocre.

Not worth it

Not worth buying or paying for shipping charges. Minimal items, nothing overly special, and the samples for mom are not worth it. The stuffed animal seemed to be a guaranteed item and instead I received a pacifier holder, muslin wrap, and a bib with two small samples for mom.

Inaccurate shipping estimates

Never received this item despite saying it would be here in 3-6 days. I submitted multiple complaints with no response. Purchased almost a month ago and it still hasn’t even shipped.

Disappointing gift box

I love shopping at Macy’s I spend a lot of money there. I received a gift box from several different companies I must say that Macy’s box is the most disappointing. Not only did they charge for the Gift box the items in the box was subpar. so my advice is save your money and enjoy the gift boxes from the other companies that offer them. I definitely expected better for Macy’s…

States that it was delivered on the 21st but it is now the end of the day on the 22nd and still nothing here.
