Okay, I am very Happy, But!

I waited for this bracelet to arrive in good condition. When UPS announced it had been receive by me, and there was no bracelet to be found anywhere near by I immediately, called UPS. The customer service person at UPS explained my bracelet was delivered to a different address. I appreciated his honesty. His full disclosure was not necessary, but appreciated. I called Macys customer service I explained what UPS had done. The lovely 😊 lady from Macys was very understanding. She said my order will be replaced asap. She even confirmed the updated charges. I can only imagine where my beautiful bracelet ended up. I inquired what if anything will happen I was told it was no longer my problem. They will investigate and deal with it. Anyway, fast forward to now. I was so very happy with my beautiful bracelet. However, yesterday I received another bracelet. So, now I have two. I am a bit upset because I have to go out of my way to return it to Macys. Not my fault! I have to work in making it right. UPS made the mistake! They should come pickup the second bracelet, and They should return it! I am not upset with Macys’ they made all the necessary adjustments to make me whole. UPS needs to pickup and deliver the second bracelet to Macys. I am 💯 % happy with this purchase. The bracelet is beautiful 😍 Thank you, 😊
