A bit disappointed/smaller stone

A bit disappointed/smaller than they looked online. I wanted to get tanzanite earrings to go with a ring I love and this is not it. The color is okay lots of shine but was hoping for a bigger stone at retail price. Not sure if I will keep. The search is still on. Also it took almost a month to get here. Purchased on Black Friday and got it 12/16.
