pretty but not comfy

I've seen a lot of Steve Madden reviews saying how uncomfortable his shoes are. These are no different. my feet are wider and the strap digs into the side of my foot right below my pinky. they are beautiful and light but don't seem like they'd break easily but I'll be returning them. I wouldn't be able to walk in them for more than 15 minutes. I'm starting to think whoever actually makes and designs these shoes have no regard for the people who actually wear them bc this seems to be a recurring theme.
