Sandal that hurts and can't be returned

Bought one and feel ok to walk few steps at home. When I wore it to the nearest Starbucks near my apartment, the front strap cut my feet! Almost can't walk home as it is painful! Brought to Macy's for returns and Macy rejected it since it is worn. Don't waste your time and money on this shoes!

Love the buckles! I have narrow feet, the adjustable buckles help the shoes stay on and not slide forward. Yay!

Poor quality

Belt loop broke, the fabric deteriorated, it didn’t even come out of the shoe. It just broke and frayed when I tried to adjust them.

front strap tight, not adjustable

Front straps are not adjustable contrary to how they look. I have a narrow foot and these are too tight to get foot fully through so you have a lot of shoe in the front of your toes.

different in person. they didn’t have that faded look like the picture. other than that, they fit fine. i’m a 7.5 but sized up to an 8.
