Sent completely wrong size

cute and very comfy, however I ordered a small (I checked 4 times to make sure I selected the correct size) and was sent a LARGE. How does one mistake a size large for a small? Whoever picked my order is either incompetent or wasn't paying attention to what they were doing. Luckily it still fits ok and works with layering bulky sweaters underneath. Next time, do better Macy's.

Soft material, however it sheds uncontrollably and lots of freezes just after couple of wears.
