Awful Purse

Better details . I was looking for a small purse to hold my phone for easy access. This bag has no pockets on the outside that are usable. The strap is not pictured correctly either. The strap I have is very wide and ugly. This item is useless to me and now says it's not returnable. The outside material is also very unappealing, like a water hose material. Not sure I trust ordering from Macy's online again.
