Single worst product I’ve ever bought at Macy’s

Bought this item a couple weeks back within 10 to 14 days the entire duvet was pilling. It is fully ruined.

We’re so sorry to hear about the pilling on your duvet cover, as that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Pilling can sometimes happen if bedding is washed with rougher fabrics like towels or jeans, or dried on higher heat settings, since that can break down fibers more quickly. To help prevent this, we recommend washing the duvet cover separately on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Many customers find that with these care steps, the duvet maintains its look and feel for much longer.

Looked nice at first

After 6 months the fabric was all pilled. What do I do with it now? I can’t return it.
