Dress buttonhole ravels. need a replacement dress

I cannot recommend this dress. All of the button holes are raveled - which I did not notice until I went to put it on. i would like a replacement dress. and I do not return this for cash. Is this possible as this is unwearable or requires tailoring for all the buttons.
